1) Collecting used eyeglasses and other non-usable metal trinkets, such as old watches, discarded or broken jewelry and send them to NEW EYES FOR THE NEEDY 549 MILBURN, SHORT HILLS, NJ, 07078. The expense of mailing may be used on Lodge reports as "Special Relief”. All contributions are acknowledged by mail. 

Used eyeglasses may also be given to Lions Clubs.

   2) Canceled postage stamps.

    These are sold and funds are placed in the Memorial Fund to assist our members and their families. Cut around the stamp, leaving approximately 1/2 inch margin. Do not damage the perforations. Discard the remainder of the envelope. It is NOT necessary to keep the printed cancellation telling where was mailed.
